01The interview
Pick what you want to practice, then get interviewed for real. Every follow-up is built on what you actually said.
Interviewer
Tell me about a time you received difficult feedback from a peer. How did you handle it?

"I realized that my communication style was causing friction, so I met with them to understand their perspective..."
Interviewer · follow-up
What specifically did you change in your next collaboration to ensure that friction didn't recur?
Follow-ups dig into what you actually said, just like a real interviewer.
02The feedback
The question you were askedDescribe a time you took responsibility for a problem that wasn't strictly yours.
Where you'd land today
A solid Senior showing overall, and your loyalty-migration story reached Staff: you owned an outcome that lived in another org's system, defined what correct meant, and moved their priorities without authority.
Add denominators. Your stories are strong on decisions and ownership but light on numbers: how many shoppers, what the points were worth, how many messages. Scope is what interviewers credit, and numbers are how they size it.
"The customer-data migration from our old points vendor came back with about a quarter of the balances wrong."
"Three weeks out, a quarter of our shoppers' point balances came back wrong, points people had spent years earning, so I owned the reconciliation rules and the fallback myself."

05Common questions
Is PrepOutLoud free?
Yes. Free while in beta: 10 interviews a week with an account, and your first one needs no signup at all. Every interview gets full feedback and a level read without paying or entering a card.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to start. You can begin a session and get feedback right away.
What kinds of interviews can I practice?
Product, program, and nursing roles, plus a core behavioral track that fits any interview. You choose the competencies you want to focus on.
How is this different from tools that just grade my answer?
It probes. Every follow-up is built from what you actually said and keeps digging the way a real interviewer does, then scores your clarity and accuracy separately with quoted evidence from your own words.
Does it tell me what level I'd land at?
Yes. It reads the level your stories would actually reach and shows you where you land per competency, session over session.
